1 General Provisions

xbgee is an online betting and casino entertainment platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms are written in English and are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

xbgee reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those new Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Restrictions

To participate on the xbgee platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must participate on the platform voluntarily and of your own judgment.
• You must have a valid and active mobile banking account.
• You must confirm that online betting is not prohibited in your area.
• Each individual may only create one account.

xbgee follows a strict age verification process to prevent minors from accessing the platform. If it is proven that a user created an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Creation

When creating an account on xbgee, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

3.2 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact our live chat support immediately.

3.3 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Attempting to create multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed and funds may be forfeited.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact our support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, make arrangements to withdraw any remaining eligible funds.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are accepted methods for depositing funds on xbgee. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100.

• Use your registered mobile number when making a deposit.
• You may only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds from third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Use the correct reference number when depositing; otherwise processing may be delayed.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds will generally reach your account within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Your identity verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious withdrawals.
• xbgee reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending a security review.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement to claim the bonus is 10 times (10x), meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• The required wagering must be completed before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• If multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address claim a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

xbgee's VIP program has three tiers. Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

VIP benefits are provided on a discretionary basis and xbgee reserves the right to change these benefits at any time.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play Policy

A fair and transparent playing environment is maintained on the xbgee platform for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or dishonest activity.
• Playing using software, bots, or any automated method.
• Coordinating with other users to employ strategies against the platform.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Abuse of the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
• Disrespectful behaviour toward other users or staff.

If evidence of any of the above violations is found, xbgee reserves the right to close the account, forfeit funds, and take legal action if necessary.

9 Technical Issues and Error Policy

If a game result is displayed incorrectly or a transaction is not completed due to a software error, network disruption, or any other technical issue, xbgee will take the following steps:

• Results recorded on the game server will be considered final.
• For incomplete bets caused by a disconnection, a decision will be made in accordance with the game log.

In all dispute resolutions, the decision of xbgee's review committee will be considered final, however any user's legal rights under applicable law remain in force.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbgee is not liable for:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or failure of third-party services.
• Loss caused by unauthorised third-party access to an account, where the user did not take reasonable precautions.
• Changes to betting outcomes due to market conditions.
• Any situation beyond xbgee's control (force majeure).

Nothing in these Terms limits a user's legal rights, particularly where prohibited by applicable law.

12 Service Changes and Suspension

xbgee reserves the right to temporarily suspend services, in whole or in part, at any time, particularly for:

• Maintenance or upgrades.
• Security-related reasons.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

User funds will remain secure during any service suspension and will be accessible once the service resumes.

13 Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other intellectual property on the xbgee platform are the exclusive property of xbgee or its licensors.

• No content from the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
• Screenshots or recordings are acceptable for personal use, but sharing them with third parties is prohibited.
• Imitating or misusing xbgee's trademarks may result in legal action.
